Antenna Tuner for FT-897, Bolts onto left side of FT-897 providing all-in-one Transceiver + Tuner combination!

The Yaesu FC-30 Tuner is specifically designed for the FT-897 and FT-897D and covers 1.8-30 and 50-54MHz, has a VSWR of 1.5:1 or less and handles up to 100 watts. This tuner bolts to the side of the radio, and pulls the required 13.7VDC directly from the transceiver.

The FT-30 Tuner has an impedance matching of 16.5 to 150 ohms and is not suggested to match "long wire" type antennas. Internal DIP switches allow the tuner to operate during receive and/or allow the user to clear memories. The FT-30 Tuner provides lightning fast tuning in 5 seconds or less!
