   Fill in the form below before you send the radio.

   Get your repair sheet

   You get your repair number and a repair sheet with a QR code, on screen and by email.

   Print it, put it in the box

   Print the sheet and put it inside the box with your radio and accessories.

   Pack and send

   Pack it well and send it to VK Radio Repairs, 55 The Crossway, Keilor East VIC 3033, or bring it in.

5. 5

   We take it from there

   When it arrives we scan your sheet and start work. We will contact you.

No printer? Write your repair number and name on a sheet of paper and put it in the box.
