Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand with Australia Post tracked services. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Some large items, such as base antennas, need a shipping quote: those are marked on the product page.
Orders are usually dispatched within two business days. You will receive a tracking number by email.
International orders
Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility. Australian GST is removed on exported orders where the law allows.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price once we have received and checked it.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the card used for the purchase through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
